20/10 would recommend! (Great for international students or English students without a Guarantor) They are caring, understanding, beyond helpful, responsive and sorted everything out for me. My whole house used them. I'd like to thank Tia for handling all the issues and problems with my agents. She made this very easy for us. Every single staff member at housing hand was empathetic and very responsive! Phone lines were never on hold and always answered promptly. They're professional and I would use them again if I needed a guarantor. Although the fee was a bit high for a self funding student trying to pay uni fees and rent and deposits and holding fees etc. Though they do have payment plans which is a great idea. Thanks again guys! Amazing service.

I'm 7/8 payments on my account. Never had any problems with the team. I've poor credit but good earnings and housing hand helped me get a property after my divorce cant thank them enough. today Hannah-Louise Sykes was so cheerful and helpful with updating my account information. First call of the day being a cheerful one it sets you up for a good day. Would rate 5 stars if the online portal was fixed. just doesn't update enough for me.

I would recommend Housing Hand to anyone who is looking for a UK based guarantor to help them out with their stay. I was assisted by Miss/Mr.s Dani Smith, she was very professional as well as friendly and helped me throughout the entire application process and made sure everything was timely and neat, she would receive my calls as well and make sure any query, or issues i faced were resolved immediately. Overall its a great organization to put your trust in, entire process is quick and their fees are reasonable as well. Great experience overall.

Huge thank you to the team at helping hand! In particular Lowry (hope I have spelled that right) and Dani! They are for sure the most caring and warm people, for me to know that just over the phone says a lot. Housing Hand helped me as a last resort as a student in serious need and they assured me throughout that they would work on sorting my application out as soon as I needed it. They were efficient, fast, extremely friendly/personable and gave me assistance every step of the way whenever I needed it. I can’t thank housing hand and these ladies enough for their services! The process is simple and for what it is, reasonable pricing. Glad I was introduced to this company.
