I would give Zero Stars if possible. Bought a Smart Policy when purchased a new Hyundai in May. A couple of months later it was dented in a car park - a minor dent which was at the bottom edge of the passenger door. The Shine repairers said they would not be able to do a "good enough job" due to the location and they said it would be referred of got a workshop repair. Weeks later we chase up to be told it was not a minor dent and it would not be covered. A complete waste of money therefore in my opinion - and I have worked over 25 years in Insurance. A formal complaint is being made. So definitely not recommended.
