This is a perfect place to get your root canal treatment - top quality service, and very kind and helpful staff. The practice is well equipped and modern. Location is great. And the chair is so comfy you can fall asleep during the treatment!
The only improvement area would be easier appointment making - it took me a week of back and forth to get something scheduled over the phone, and it was not possible to do it over the email.
Overall - I definitely recommend this practice!
I cannot recommend Tavistock Dental more highly, especially for nervous patients. From the first phone call to the aftercare follow up, I felt so well looked after. Nikki is absolutely amazing - a wealth of knowledge not just in dental procedures, but in understanding your fears! The whole team made me feel so reassured at all times. Not only that, but they NEVER make you feel embarrassed or silly for being afraid, and manage your panic symptoms adeptly and kindly at all times. Frances and the clinical team are just incredible. Talented, calm and friendly. The whole team are completely unphased by how scared you are, and understand the best way to help you at every stage. While this is a private practice, it is worth every penny and I am profoundly grateful for the amazing care I received. Thank you!
From the first time I got in contact with Tavistock Dental it was superb customer service. They are accommodating and professional. There is no procedure that you do there and they dont take time to explain everything that they are going to do. They are very prompt with appointments and if they can make things easier for you they call you to ask your opinion. I would go back there any day. Do not study the price. The price reflects the high quality service you will receive.
I found the level of care and overall experience very good! I am super nervous with having any dental work done so being sedated was great and I really can’t remember much.
I did have to return to have my crown shaved down as it wasn’t comfortable and stuck out but they were more than happy to rectify this and now I’m very happy with the outcome 😊
Francis is great and very considerate and Nikki was also very helpful throughout all the correspondence. I would definitely recommend to others!!!
Very happy that Tavistock Dental is open again and impressed with their COVID precautions. It all felt very safe and secure, with sanitising gel given on arrival and departure and the tablet used to complete patient forms cleaned after use. Nikki was so friendly as always and she puts you at ease immediately.
Had an appointment with Maya, the hygienist, and Elena, the dental nurse. Both wore masks but even with their faces covered they were still very friendly and attentive.
As usual the treatment was very good, with useful advice given at the end.
