Awful place, i had an appointment and was kept waiting 20 minutes past it and only through me saying i am going to complain did they finally get in gear and the lady i spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Based on my experience i do not recommend going here.

I had 3 stars now I wish none, I am getting less and less positive experience from the shop, pharmacy or store. Had my flu jab booked and moved 4 weeks ahead, rebooked it and kept waiting 20 minutes for it and due to social distancing was told to have the shot in the store, get undressed considering there were 10 customers waiting for the pharmacy. I did not accepted this and found it unprofessional; always kept waiting for pharmacy although you are noticed queuing but the staff continues their chat or picked up the phone, and speaking of the phone, never and I mean never was picked at first call. I had to wait until call cuts off and call back 2-3 times until I get a rushed answer and sent away. My flu jab was paid but system not working and I had to pay it again and have to try and claim my old payment back, not my fault but no alternative but to deal with it. This is my last flu jab which I will take at Boots.

Poorly Bad Customer Service. Are you guys still want to have new potential clients???!! Because with this atitudine I am doubt that you will haven any !!!! Remember to the employees that are working there!!! Is not your pharmacy!!! You need yo be impartial and to serve everyone the same !!!! Again bad Customer Service attitude!!!!

Terrible, I was self isolating and the boots pharmacist refused to deliver my prescription even though I offered to pay delivery ( their website states they will deliver for a fee but she didn’t care). The pharmacist said they only delivery to the vulnerable. Told my GP to cancel my online prescription and send it to another local pharmacy - who were amazing, delivered my medicine next day free of charge with no hassle . Will never use boots again for my repeat prescription or any prescription. Ignorant pharmacy !!! AVOID!!!
