Careful to read the small print If you use privilege, during my period of insurance on my property I moved. I notified them of my new address. They told me the fee hasn't changed, but there would be a 50% fee for changing the details. I asked what is the cancellation fee and it worked out 45% of the original three even though I paid over seven months.

It was Direct Line House but is now an office building for one of the major banks
Disgusting money grabbing thieves. Don't even deserve one star. No renewal notice only found out I had no insurance because someone crashed into my vehicle overnight. These people will leave you uninsured without notification. When I didnt accept a new quote the manager said they cannot insure me at all. Crooked insurers..... STAY AWAY
