AVOID BEWARE AVOID BEWARE AVOID NEVER TAKE OUT CREDIT HIRE CAR. REMEMBER, IF THEY CANT RECOVER THE COST OF THE HIRE CAR FROM THE AT FAULT INSURANCE THEY WILL COME AFTER YOU DEMANDING PAYMENT AND THREATENING YOU INSTEAD OF RIGHTLY THREATENING THE AT FAULT INSURANCE THEY WILL INSTEAD TURN ON YOU TO GET THEIR MONEY. THEY CONVENIENTLY WONT TELL YOU THIS! THEIR BASIC WEBSITE STATES 'Full legal representation by a specialist panel motor Solicitor.' HOWEVER THIS ISNT THE CASE. DO CONTACT THE FINANCIAL OMBUDSMAN OF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HARASS AND INTIMIDATE INNOCENT MOTOR VICTIMS OF A NON FAULT ACCIDENT.

Same as other reviews - AVOID - Fraudulent dodgy company. Provided Hire Car for longer than necessary - contacted several times to say car no longer required and for it to be collected. Car Body Repair Workshop provided us with the repair costs quotation and the costs appear to have been inflated by this firm in order to claim more from 3rd party. Solicitors informed of this and copy of quotation provided no longer pursued by Solicitors. Failed to recover credit hire charges (so they say) from 3rd Party. Various Debt Collectors letters awaiting legal action so this company can be dealt with in Court!

This company is not recommended at all. I've been involved in a non fault accident in April 2019. I've been recommended by a garage to use them, they provided me with a hire car and took my damaged car, and after a month they took the hire saying the claim is fraud and I need to go court which I accept. I kept calling them and the keep saying will let you know never had any email or phone call from them and I decided to stop everything because they are not doing anything. I went there to get my car and I got a big surprise that they sold my car to a company call HBC salvage without my consent. I reported this to police and I am going to report this to ombudsman and I will also alert authority concern. Avoid this company at any cost.

The worst company ever they don’t talk to you with respect they don’t offer you good vehicle even doe they have loads but the mangers drive them no customer service even from the manger Craig I will never use them again and I advice no on to or you will be disappointed
