Just want to say a massive *thank you* to Rebecca from Rosindale Pavitt. She was selling the house we were buying (which we successfully moved into last week). The process was extremely complex for many reasons outside of Rebecca's control; however, she was honest, persistent and dedicated to ensuring that everything went ahead. It is no exaggeration to say that the move would not have gone ahead without her amazing support. If we ever decide to move again, she will undoubtedly be our first port of call. I only wish our estate agent had had half her tenacity and knowledge!

I purchased my property through Rosindale Pavitt 2 years ago, and the team were excellent all the way through the purchase from 1st viewing to completion, with Tyler Barnard and Aaron O'Donoghue arranging my mortgage. 2 years down the line Elliott Valentine who had not handled my original mortgage contacted me from Rosindale Pavitt to discuss re-mortgage options, which has been a huge help to me. From the outset Elliott was polite, professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He is also very efficient and excellent at working to deadlines and managing the communications between parties. In a very short period of time we were able to go through all the necessary steps and documents to get the widest choice of options. Although we were not able to achieve what we had initially wanted to due to my affordability limitations, Elliott was still able to get me a better deal with my current lender than they were offering me, and save me a lot of money on the same product. I would recommend anyone seeking to mortgage or re-mortgage to contact Elliott first. Elliott's knowledge and experience and the level of detail he goes into is such that he was also able to give me solid advice on my financial planning in order to improve my options when I next re-mortgage. I will definitely be contacting Elliott again in 2 years time and will not make the mistake of renewing the mortgage without reviewing with him first.
