Very picturesque location with plenty of walking paths and few more secluded areas with stunning view if you don't mind a minute of a walk.
There are several benches in convenient locations with amazing view. Car park is medium size for an area of this size so it might be difficult to find parking on a busy day (not a problem if you are on a bike).
Depending on the season, the paths might get a bit muddy so remember to bring your wellies.
Beautiful walks, views are outstanding, bonus of red kites overhead and calling....just me cup of tea. Muddy in some places but well worth getting bit mucky. Went in autumn and the tree colours were breathtaking. Will definitely be back.
This is a beautiful location with fantastic views of Oxfordshire. There is a free public car park which can be quite busy although you can park safely on the road. There's a map which you can take a photograph of to help you navigate the area although it's quite easy. There's a delightful circular walk which is great for children and dogs. Take a picnic for a picturesque lunch. It can get very windy up there and suitable footwear should be worn.
Beautiful countryside with various walks all around and stunning views. Lovely pub in Christmas Common. NT car park not large but easy to park at side of road.
Superb views after a short, steep slog uphill.
