Someone at The parking department edited video from my double yellow line parking fine. Very conveniently for Camden council editing out the bit which would of proved me right. Lost at the appeal they didn’t believe me. Thank you London Borough of Camden you are notorious for being one sided in these matters I shall recoup my losses one way or another

Tried to reach their services online - Did not work. Their portal won't open on any browser. Tried to call them, each time waited for a half hour, never got the help I needed. An example is when I was told on a monday that I will receive an e-mail in the next two day and I didn't receive anything by friday. Wrote them e-mails, did not receive an answer. Went to Kings Cross and I left with the info on which phone number should I call. Since I moved in Camden, I have not received any letter about Council Tax. I am a resident and I am registered. Please Camden council, would you be able to tell me if my Student exempt was accepted ?!

very quiet only 3 staff in and you need to book appointment before you go there.

The people at Camden do not run this as a council, but instead as an absolute monarchy. Rather than civil servants whose job it is to serve the taxpayer (who pays their salaries), they fancy themselves as monarchs with supreme authority over their subjects. Should you succeed in persuading Camden Council to carry out their basic duties, count yourself lucky as one of the few to experience this supreme honour.

If you want anything doing, call the CEO. I have found phoning the top Man or woman very effective when wanting things done. I had a problem with Enfield Council, got no joy denied everything, phoned top man, got it done in 2 days after 3 to 4 calls. Top people don't like being annoyed, so my advice is keep calling the CEO he will then have something some just to stop you calling him or her
