Terrible service. Avoid! Booked and appointment and had to chase for time. Ordered blinds that turned out more expensive than the advertised offer. Asked for a deposit which most reputable companies do not and promised the blinds would be fitted on Wednesday. Then came a nonsense excuse about the blinds not turning up on time so moved to Friday. Friday comes along.. surprise surprise another excuse. This time the Blinds got damaged in Transit and would then be “Tuesday or Wednesday”. Absolute rubbish and completely unprofessional and unreliable. We ended up paying quite a bit more for a much more reliable company. They are cheap but for that the service is awful. Get what you pay for I guess and judging By the other reviews They have done the same to others.

My mother waited 6 weeks or more for her blinds he wouldn't answer the phone nothing. to then have a message today 2hr before they meant to come to have a message today to say they mixed her order up, Know she got to have a refund not just that she is left with no blind in her house. I will not be recorded this company to any of my friends or family she didn't Evan have an apology ( they fob you of with any old story )

Don't understand this guy , came and fitted the down stairs promptly back in November then was told we would have to wait for the upstairs black out blinds for our nursery which was fine as the baby isn't till the end of February now it's nearing and we can't get hold of him after many attempts blatantly ignoring the messages on Facebook messager 🤷🏻‍♂️

I would give no stars if i could im currently in the process of taking this con man to the small claims court after chasing him for 7 weeks to fix my 2 blinds that have mishapen only a matter of weeks after being fitted they are now unequal and bowed. I was told it would be sorted but after being let down and now i have now been blocked from messenging this company so i have no choice but to go down this route. We paid 800 to this man and hes the rudest most uprofessional man i have ever dealt with. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. SEE YOU IN COURT. You only have to read all his google reviews to tell you how diabolical this company is. We will NEVER use you for any of our future house renovations and will also be letting our fellow renovaters know not to use you either.
