Not the quickest of service, drinks are good
Efficient service but no toilet facilities available at time of visit and blasé attitude about customers being unable to use the toilet

Staff were lovely. Cafe area was nicely maintained. Only takeaway cups were available due to plumbing issue.
There was one toilet for all customers, which was dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. This is where the baby change is located, too; it should have been significantly cleaner and better maintained. The state of the facilities also left a lot to be desired - dilapidated and worn.
This is the best cafe I have ever been to. I was having a horrendous journey into Wales and I was desperate to take a break. I stopped at this Costa Coffee and was welcomed by this lovely member of staff called James. We had a good talk about the toasted tea cakes that were available here. Then he made me the most gorgeous cappuccinooo I've ever had in my life. This went down really well with my toasted tea cake. I will definitely be back again. Thank you James :)
