It is a great school. This is because they help you in what you want to achieve as long as you are willing to give your 100% . They do care about grades and uniform which puts you in a good habit for the future. They support every child regardless of what grade they produce for example, me. They understand that some subjects can be weak as well.

The school is nice and the rules and regulations there helps a lot and there are no bullies or racist people and the teachers are really friendly. The school really gives it all to maintain the schools reputation along with the students. Some of the rules are strict but compared to some other school in Brent this is one of the best.

You can't help but have mixed feelings about this place. The results are outstanding - but the whole culture seems determined by attainment of those results. As a result, I do wonder what these students will be like as citizens of London, what will get left to wither which might otherwise have been usefully developed. It deals with difficult and complex demographics certainly, but does so - at times - with an iron fist. One also gets the feeling that some teachers are more or less treated as mules, used up for two + years - straight out of TTC a lot of the time - and then spat out, their vitals spewed out on the gears of the machine. Students with complex needs are certainly treated with a total absence of respect by some members of staff - one senior member of staff described a student (a child, remember) as 'twisted' - but then a great deal of care if forthcoming from others. Much joy was also had when a student could be excluded and palmed off on some other school. Having said that, there are obviously phenomenal teachers working there, who care a great deal about the people their students will become ... and so what's really at work here is a conflict (age-old?) between the carers and the nurturers on the one hand, and the bureaucrats and managers on the other, who got into education for Lord only knows what reasons - at times something like revenge maybe, the absence of imagination or, more generously - and sadly - the misguided belief that THIS is all education can and should amount to. I heard it said about America that one could say something true about that place and have the exact opposite of that something be true at the same time (paraphrased for sure). This seems apt for a place like WHTC.

really good school. helps children get their best. the only problem is that the horrible teacher Mr Evans needs to be removed. he is affecting the school negatively and is frightening the children making them feel unsafe and insecure.

This school disgusts me as it only cares about its reputation and how they are seen by the public. To them, the uniform is more important than the education. This school makes me sick and should be shut.
