A perfect place for Muslims to perform their Islamic duties away from the busy streets of London. It gives the feeling of a safe and serene place. I like to visit here often, however they do nit have facilities for sisters to pray.
Nice to have a place of worship and available, even if it’s in the most liberal part of town. Major pitfall with this place is that there’s no place for women or facilities as such that makes it very difficult for families visiting the west end to go together. Something needs to be done here as there’s two separate spaces, ground and 1st floor, which can easily be divided.
Due to Covid 19 Is this place is open or still close? For Friday prayer
I went there with my wife as we were passing through and were desperately trying to pray before Asar or maghrib time runs out. My wife was rudely turned away and I didn’t want to leave her out on her own during the night in soho as well so we both missed our salaah that day.
This place doesn't allow women to pray in it. My sisters and I were travelling through London and were desperate to find somewhere to pray before we missed it. Unfortunately because we had to continue looking for somewhere to pray we ended up missing it. This is not only unnaccaptable, but sad that we cannot rely on our brothers in islam in this way.
