I was not impressed when I tried to phone AXA regarding my & my mother in laws insurance!! They had no staff working from home under lockdown, & even after leaving a message nobody returned my call!! Absolutely disgusting.... Happy to take your premium but where is your "Customer Service" AXA!!
Two drivers in my household will not be renewing our policies with you, but doubt if anyone within your organisation even cares!!

started on the 8th. we had food poisoning over the next few days clearly covering the day we were due to fly. AXA not interested stating that as it STARTED before your policy start date - its invalid. I argue that I had food poisoning over the period including the fly day...as per the doctors note. They are still not accepting that. Grounds for legal action on the basis that the policy is not fit for purpose under Trade Description Act 1968. It is misleading and fundermentally flawed in every possible way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY THIS COMPANY IS A CON SHOP. Will be seeing you in court

I was involved in an accident and contacted Axa about the claim 2 months ago. Since then I have sent countless emails, made multiple calls and even sent 2 emails to their complaints department and I’ve not had 1 update or reply... in 2 months!!! Absolute scam.
