Absolutely awful service and quality of work. L&Q use them as they're main roofing contractors and they must have someone on the inside as their work is terrible. They take no pride in doing a good job, so are clearly only in it for the money. I've had to pay to have them out three times and the issue with my roof is not fixed. I have today gone out on the roof to inspect what they've been doing with another professional and couldn't believe how bad it was.
Left our garden in absolute state after cleaning our guttering, didn’t offer to clean it up knowing they had made this mess. Waited till I had rang to complain to actually do something about its, but had to be on there terms.
