amazing place with a great atmosphere. really kind staff. i have found wonderful items and i am content with my purchases. would defo recommend as they volunteer for a great cause. i frequently find myself returning to the shop due to its 10/10 service

I bought some items from this charity shop. They have no facilities to try clothes on. I tried one item on at home at the tag came off. I returned the item to the shop with both shop assistants refusing to provide me with a refund. This was a genuine issue as I always buy items from this shop when I visit London. I won’t be buying from this shop again. I do not recommend them and they do not trust what a customer says. The other charity shops in Raynes Park do not hold their values and both of the other shops in Raynes Park know me well. The items sold in Little Lives UK which are charitable donations are over priced for a charity shop in Raynes Park which is not in Wimbledon Village. They need to review their policies and I would urge buyers to be very wary of how they treat you should you want to return an item.
