Costumer service is appalling, telephone number never answers
Total waste of one star, there should be zero star or even negative star to describe how awful the customer service is. Service??? What service? I notify the court about change of address for the third time last month but still important documents are sent to my previous address. Do the world a favour and close those doors, nothing comes out of this court except incompetence and injustice.
Fix your phone lines! Implement a queuing system, it's impossible to get through to anyone!

District Judge Davies is a complete joke.
Kept promising to come back to me and had pre-made the decision on the balance of probability. I had the facts in the palm of my hands and it was not looked at. District Judge Joke, asked me (Simon Watts not my real name) why Solicitor would lie and would not let me answer, "because Solicitor wants to extort wasted time fees for letters not sent out". District Judge Davies needs to understand how courts can ruin lives and Solicitors are very costly.
