Normally the staff are extremely helpful and fun to chat with. However yesterday the little old man behind the counter has completely changed everything about the place. The chap needs to get off his high chair and see his customers at their level. Sometimes people have disabilities and it's not only his perspective so unfortunately I won't be returning because of him.
A very well stocked and organised store, had an item that wasn’t in stock and they went out of their way to source the item and put it away for me. Great staff and management!
Just left Leyland Stepney , got zero experience with painting and decor... Anyway costumer service is top , professional , super helpful .

Not the biggest store in the chain but they do seem to have everything one would usually need. When I went the staff was very helpful and courteous and they were knowledgeable enough to make suggestions to resolve my problem (now wish I took note of the name of a particularly helpful employee)
The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend!
