The queue was very short. Managed to collect my items quickly. It's a very small store, and due to social distancing you may need to wait outside if there are more than a handful of customers. Service was quick especially if you choose click & collect and order ahead.

Do not use this store, especially if you're concerned about Covid transmission. I had an online order to collect, there were about 10 staff in the small area of the store that was visible, only one of whom was actually doing anything, others were just milling about chatting and getting in the way and apparently trying to spread germs around as much as humanly possible. Only one staff member (not the one who was working) had a mask on, and he had it pulled down on his chin. No social distancing, one staff member even ignored the floor markings showing which way people should move round the store, choosing to squeeze past me instead of taking 10 extra seconds to follow the markings and maintain social distancing. Staff were rude and unhelpful, it took 15 minutes to collect the item despite there being only one person ahead of me in the queue. Like being served by sloths in human form, except I'd be less worried about catching Covid from a sloth.

I don't recommend this store, the staff are extremely rude and disagree to help out customers. When asking about a product, they tell you to leave and check some place else i.e like Brewers, even though you already know that the product is available in store.
