I was a bit confused from this shops biased service. As soon as I step foot into the store, a certain member of staff immediately came to me, kept on telling me to wear a mask, which I then did by buying one from the store. The confusing part is that, this overly authoritarian member of staff only targeted me to wear the mask, even though I saw another customer in the store who was not wearing any at all. Plus sometimes the staff members do not wear it properly themselves. I don’t understand why I was the only one targeted so much by this staff member. There was one member of staff who actually was a people’s person and not acted like they are in the military. While the authoritarian staff kept complaining at me to wear the mask properly, the friendly staff provided me a disposable face mask as I couldn’t breathe through the one I bought in the store - which I tried calmly explaining to the moody staff member. Maybe a security job is better for him rather than customer service...? Lastly, I hoped to get a price match from this store as, ironically, their brand paints are sold much cheaper in other stores but they said they don’t do price match. Everything else was okay. Nice location & staff are helpful to find things. Overall, I didn’t enjoy the staffs hypocrisy & being unfairly targeted like that over a mask.
