Simply amazing customer service throughout the visit, welcomed when entering the store by a colleague wearing a mask, shop tidy and well merchandised. After the purchase the lady at the till offered to make a carry handle for the fan I bought, all of that with a smile on their face! This kind of service it's very rare to get nowadays, well done guys you made my day. Looking forward to the next purchase!
Have always been treated with courtesy in this shop, the staff all seem HAPPY which is a rarity in retail these days. This is a basic shop for convenience - who'd expect heavy builders materials in the middle of a banking complex? One of the few shops I enjoy a browse through in the very crowded Wharf.
Helpful staff. Here is a shop with nearly every essential thing you need and who would believe it, it's in Canary Wharf via the docklands station
Useless when it comes to snall materials you may need. DIY shop that does not sell tile spacers. But you can find plenty of toasters and kettles.
