Unprofessional and dreadful. Spoke with a guy called Phil at the garage on Wednesday to book MOT for Friday; requested MOT fee but he would not tell me. Lucky texted before heading to garage but only learnt back that the garage would be closed until Monday!! After rearranged for Monday again requested for MOT fee he would not no respond back. On Monday before heading to the garage asked again the 4th time MOT fee and now the response received 'market rate'. Not sure what that meant but he would not clarify. Got there and learnt £60!! I confronted why he would not tell me over the phone.... And guess what... No response.. Lost faith... Waste of time

Always had a great experience with Elliot Motors. Reasonably priced, clear communicators, still a local garage. Tried so many others in the area but only stuck around with these ones. Highly recommended.

Do not use this company - the owner is rude and does not deserve your money. The mechanic in the shop was very helpful when my car belt broke and he jump started my car. My car was left on the street not in the garage while I ran to my meeting and until I decided what I was going to do. Thankfully I did not leave my keys. The next day the owner started off with an attitude and irritated that I did not leave my keys, asking if I did not trust them. He was so rude and aggressive. He shouted down the phone that I should come and talk my car now. I was waiting for the recovery vehicle all day but relieved it was not on their property. I have found a local car mechanic that is wonderful.
