Reopened today 2/12/20 after Lockdown 2:0.. booked tickets only.. different coloured routes to follow some exhibits not open ..masks to be worn in indoor exhibits.. staff all friendly... Animals look happy...

Amazing place to go, with all the protocol in place for covid ,highly recommended to book early ,no queue to get in and not over packed for this situation.
