Tried to get an answer on what I thought would be a simple question to change my vehicle registration. Was met with a soporific, mumbling individual who clearly had no interest in helping me whatsoever. It felt like he’d picked up the call from bed. I might as well have talked to a robot, as he just repeated the same thing over and over despite my attempts and getting more information on a process, or advice on how best to handle things. Shocking service.

I've been in my flat for 3 weeks and still no council tax letter or email, which means I can't set up parking, which means I've spent sums of money on parking and the unfortunate parking fine which I didn't budget for. Both my fiancé and I have registered, we've emailed several times and of course there's not phone line. What a lovely welcome to the borough to 2 new residents. The abysmal rating is well deserved.

The worst council. Been trying now for 4 yes 4years to get my mother's flat fixed, cracks and all. They sold the flat above which was also one bedroom, now they have built 3bed above and there's no insolation between. They are walking on the beams on wooden floors and the noise is disgusting. Because off loud bangs which caused my mother to seizure; and all the stress over the years caused a stroke and yes Hammersmith and Fulham are to blame. As your meant to be able to rest in your own home. And feel safe 😂😠

Trying to apply for a parking permit? Don't bother. For even a temporary permit you need a council tax number. Who has one of those BEFORE moving into a new property? No one on earth. Want to call them to try to get one? Don't be ridiculous. 2 hour hold, repeated attempts to use their call back service - no one calls back. Gave up in the end and drove my car into the Thames (although still wouldn't be surprised to get a parking fine for illegal parking) This is a system rigged to make this council as much money as possible on parking fines. They want to catch you out. Beware.

Really disappointing to have received 2 x £65 fine for accidentally going down a road which I was not supposed to. The fines are 1 min apart. Cars were parked either side of the road, so had no idea I was in the wrong. Complete accident. Seems there is a temporary sign warning of this, but I don't see why the measure was in place. It seems more like a money grabbing idea.
