Staff were diabolical, big queue outside the shop due to social distancing which was to be expected. Only one staff member serving the others polishing the glass cabinet and openinggift bags I mean seriously you have a queue hello ! I then said is there only one person serving as you have a big queue here onlyto be met with hostility from the sales assistant who slammed down her bags huffed & puffed and then threw her hands in the air ! She then stomped from the counter to the window to see what I wanted, she slammed the window door on entry and exit. Never felt so unwanted in a shop before. If my niece had not asked for this specific bracelet from warren james I wouldhave left whilst inthe queue. Don't blame covid, manners and good customer service cost nothing. BTW I also work in retail so no excuses !!!
Received a present back in March the ring didn't fit. My husband went back to the store just before lockdown to ask them to exchange the ring for a smaller size and they said that they didn't have a smaller size available and would call him when they receive a smaller size. The lockdown happened a week later. They never called. Went to the store today and they refused to exchange and said that the ring that doesn't fit me were worn.
love this place some much great customers service .
The ladies in store where very helpfull and cheery. The only reason for a drop in star is the way you go about getting served. The argos style wait for your name to be called kind of thing. Having said this I left with what I had been looking for all over North London having received very friendly service.
Warren James has some lovely cheaply priced jewellery that makes a very nice gift for Christmas & of course anytime the staff are very helpful and friendly
