Needs a bigger space, too much crammed in to a small shop. I can't decide if the staff that served me was rude or it was just her personality. Ear piercing needs to be more clear on pricing.

Great to have a Claire’s in Watford, in the Intu. Bit crammed but otherwise had everything my niece required for her prom accessories. Central location for all. Nice addition of Halloween items as well as ear piercing.

I asked my mum to go buy some earrings for me . She bought the wrong one . I sent back her in few minutes asking for change it . The girls didn’t want change it . The earrings were perfect with the box even because I didn’t try it but she said no. It is ok ! I will never buy there again ! This people need to learn how deal with customers .
