Always polite, attentive staff. I cannot understand some of the reviews with negative comments about the chemist himself. One review refers to "off-licence next door". There is no off-licence anywhere near this shop. I can only assume that the reviewer was thinking of another chemist. My personal experience with the chemist has been that he is knowledgeable, helpful, gentle and kind. He always makes time, despite his busy schedule. The people I have dealt with most have been the counter staff. Who I find to be professional, calm, reassuring and kind. Everyone can have a bad day and perhaps the negative reviews are a reflection of those reviewers. I have always believed that courtesy is rewarded with courtesy and that is definitely true with DH Roberts chemist.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff who go out their way to help. I previously left a review after a poor experience with someone who no longer works there. Since then, they have made me eat my words with the quality of their service.

Love these guy's, been using this Chemist for more than 30 years. The people have changed a few times, but they are very helpful when dealing with my medical needs quick when ordering my meds and the Ladies on the front line are always helpful kind and understanding especially at this difficult time, they turn up every day to deal with us all, who at most times can be quite rude to these ladies who are here to help us. With the extra benefits that their staff speak 3 different languages which I find most helpful, not many other Chemist offer this. I know one of the ladies who has worked there for over 30 years and with the other members of the team at DH Roberts I think they are a great benefit to Tufnell Park I can't understand why there are so many bad things written about these guy's. Will always recommend this Chemist 5 stars all the way.

The Asian pharmacist is very rude, disingenuous,belittling and egotistical. They change the brands of products every week. He also tried to make me pay extra for medication that I get on nhs and then when I brought up the issue and his unethical practices he accused me of being aggressive but changed his tune when I divulged that I had recorded what he said and agreed that I’m actual fact I was not being aggressive. He Implied and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. When I tried to explain my issue he spoke over me, walked off twice while I was talking and then told me he didn’t have the time. He also tried to refuse when I said I want to take my prescription elsewhere,( which is my right) because he said he had already ordered it in bare in mind I was yet to pick it up. This speaks to his character only as the other staff members were very polite and helpful. We have to trust in the pharmacist who is handling our medications so it would be irresponsible of me to continue to use this place.
