Great service. I had to wait a short while for the pharmacist to prepare my prescription (as with anywhere) and, when they knew it was a first time prescription, they gave an immediate consultation in a private room and offered to call me to check up in seven days to discuss the medication and answer any questions I might have at that stage, once any side effects might have occurred. This was really unexpected and I felt cared for beyond the prescription collection which is not something I've encountered at a pharmacy before. At a time when I'm sure the staff were under pressure, the extra attention was really appreciated and I'm truly grateful for their help.

Just been in there, to say the man is unpleasant behind the counter is putting it mildly, when I spelt my name rather than writing it use his pen on a string he wasnt happy... now this is the second time they have missed one of the two items on the prescription, he didn't apologize despite checking my name spelling etc several times he didn't think to check prescription was correct... last time I checked after I left and he said I had stolen it! That was a year ago... it was awful. I was shocked my prescription had been sent there. I've made sure it wont go there again. Beware if you are vulnerable using them, I'm not but when I challenged him about an item missing he did his best to antagonise me. I think he wanted to ruin my day by refusing to serve me, I'm never rude to shop staff, honestly.

Nice staff however I saw them serve a greedy person wearing a grey hoodie with a black coat over. They got away on paying for 6 antibacterial wipes packs. No consideration for the people around them and am disappointed the staff are not limiting people here to buying only 1-2 items so other people can get essentials.

Cannot recommend enough! Ran out of medication a few days ago, my own pharmacy shrugged nothing we can do (Tesco Purley Way) . These guys came to my rescue! Open on a Sunday in the middle of lockdown,juggling host of people asking for advice. Superb team, many thanks for all of your help
