I was extremely disappointed by the management behaviour of this pharmacy. During the pandemic, instead of acting like a community pharmacy they hiked the prices up for the most basic medicines such as paracetamol to 3.99 when you can get it for less than a pound in Superdrug. They also hiked the price up for nearly all the products taking advantage of the situation and only being keen on their profits when people are actually dying and losing their jobs. They lack morals. In addition to this the staff are extremely rude, the short skinny lady at the counter is extremely rude and acts like she owns the pharmacy. I used to go to this pharmacy often since its right next to the hospital but they have definitely lost their morals and are taking advantage of this pandemic.
Avoid to the best of your ability!!!! Unprofessional rude and talk to save disgusting the way they treat people is absolutely disgusting
The owner from the pharmacist has now contacted me and gave me a full apology and told me that she has taken action on pharmacist in question.
The pharmacy claimed that they wasn't in receipt of a prescription for my 3 year old daughter telling me that a & e at mayday had it, and after returning to them they an hour later they found it on there system then they claimed that the doctors which was now closed had made a mistake and refused to give the urgent medication and he was to busy to deal with the small problem When I question them the response was to take my sick daughter to a & e so that they could give her the medication that he had the prescription for and that she urgently needed it
I am visiting this pharmacy because it’s near to my house otherwise I will not go to this pharmacy.Very rude staff👎
Best pharmacy and very helpful pharmacist we had a question about how to relief our little newborn colic and griping pain since noting was working with his advice and guidance our daughter is feeling much better now. Thank you very much
