You will have a long wait for your prescription but that’s not why I am giving 1 star. The staff are rude and patronising. I wish the hospital would allow a different pharmacy to fill prescriptions on their behalf because the experience here is appalling. Another reviewer says they have to mentally prepare themselves when they have to come here and I couldn’t agree more.

I work in the Trust and i have never met such rude pharmacist. I was asked to collect my sister-in-law medication due to her being heavily pregnant . I confirmed what information i could about her and then the female pharmacist came to the counter saying you should know all your sister-in-laws details. I answered why would i need to know all of her details. The gentleman pharmacist gave me the package whilst the female pharmacist was still talking. You need to get polite staff and not aggressive people working in there. If i never have to collect anything from that pharmacy it will be too soon. One of the worst pharmacies ever encountered. They do not deserve any stars as service is rubbish

Lack of genuine service. Patronising male counter-staff member. 'Can't this, can't that'. Disinterest in overcoming an obstacle. Training needed.

I am very disappointed in the behaviour of the staff at this Lloyd pharmacy situated in mayday hospital.My daughter was asked by a hospital consultant last week to collect her prescription today at this pharmacy .When she went there the male employee at the counter was extremely rude and patronising to her .He asked her where she got the letter to collect a prescription and who gave it to her and why .After she explained to him all his interrogations he crossed her prescription for her antibiotics ,he had no authority to do that he should have got the pharmacist .My daughter asked him why did that and he said she already had that prescription,she then told him she never had a prescription for these two antibiotics.He then reinstated it and gave it to the pharmacist .All the boxes of medication she received had no information leaflet in them .This is a serious legal breach of safety and medication information. One of my daughters and her husband are both pharmacist with Lloyd’s for more than 10 years ,they were appalled by the unprofessionalism and patronising staff in this pharmacy.I am going to make an official complain to the area manager as this behaviour and attitude of your staff is totally unacceptable.I am awaiting a response ASAP .
