I took my down jacket here to be dry cleaned after reading positive reviews online, I was greeted warmly and the service was the fastest I have come across (2 hours) however this is what concerned me, I was right to be sceptical as when I got home I took the coat from the plastic and was met with an extremely strong smell of perchloroethylene, the solvent used for removing dirt in many dry cleaners, this is never usually a problem unless corners are being cut in regards to the maintenance of the machines as filters should be changed after every load to avoid impurities in the cleaning agent which causes the harsh chemical smell to linger and stick to clothing, the solvent which is known to be harmful if inhaled for extended periods has resulted in a severe headache and nausea. I have not complained directly to the store as I do not wish to set foot in there again, I will simply go elsewhere to a reputable dry cleaners with correct practices who understand the implications of not properly caring for equipment used in the process and I recommend that you do the same and not waste your money here on a sub-par service.

Came home from weekend away, an puppy 🐶 had left a pressie on my duvet, took it to Sue who did a fantastic job, smells lovely, plus she got me a storage bag to keep it safe from him. Thanks Sue x wouldn't use any other dry cleaners

Very friendly service,quick and efficient turnround of dry cleaning used it for clothing, curtains and duvets. Also used the evening delivery service
