Superb service and knowledgable and helpful proprietor with a wide and varied range in stock
Awesome shop, David is so knowledgeable and his teas are amazing, I won't be going back to peppermint tea bags any time soon. The Assam Bukhial is also delicious, highly reconmend a visit to either the shop or the website.
I visited this shop first around 6 years ago as I was interested in getting into tea and the owner was so helpful and shared so many stories! Fast forward to 2020 and i'm a uni student in lockdown and I found my box of teas I had a few years ago and straight away remembered this shop! I immediately ordered online and my tea came in record time with a hand written thanks on my receipt!
Overall, amazing tea, amazing service, amazing prices - I don't think i'll ever be going anywhere else for my tea!
Always a pleasure to visit Monteas - David’s knowledge on tea is second to none and there is so much to choose from (and it is plastic free). I would recommend Monteas above any other tea shop (even a particular famous one in London - I won’t mention the name 😉). Best tea I have ever had and I drink a fair amount 😁
