Job: Remove plant from chimney, think it cost £180
Work: They just cut the plant not the roots so it grew back
Called them again 1 year later to remove it + roots, along with other work. Cost £450, they left a huge mess on the floor i.e yellow cement on black floor which is impossible to remove. There was also a gap by the chimney where rain got in.
Unless you can go up the ladder to supervise, and lay protective sheets everywhere outside your house, i recommend finding a more trustworthy and tidier roofer.
