Terrible customer service. Engineer came over twice to our flat, saying our boiler was fine, no heater for over 2 weeks and they kept saying there is no problem with the boiler. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone as they have not only being useless, but quite disrespectful with their customer service.

Masterfix came to fix our boiler and electricity and I’m really happy with their service. Zoltan Szabo was the engineer who fixed our electricity and he was brilliant. Thank you so much.
