Future Ed is a lovely, family-run agency. The staff are very pleasant, helpful and understanding. They work with lots of really lovely schools, and you feel like you are part of a partnership between the agency, school and yourself. They are also really honest; they won't tell you a school is 20 minutes away, if it is actually going to take you much longer.

I have only ever had positive experiences in the 3+ years that I have worked as a supply teacher with Future Education. Their staff are personable, professional and proactive, and I always feel looked after by each member of their team. They respond to your needs, and genuinely care about what kind of a day you've had. If you are in the market for a recruitment agency who sees beyond sales targets, and treats their candidates with respect and integrity, I recommend reaching out to the Future team.

Future Education is committed to recruiting qualified and experienced professionals to meet the requirements of schools. The consultants are readily available for advice and guidance to teaching and support staff that are deployed to schools. The agency provides schools with committed, experienced and flexible teachers that cover classes either on daily or long term basis. Many supply teachers and teaching assistants have ended up taking on permanent posts in schools that they have been deployed to.

This is a really trustworthy supply agency. I have worked with them for over 10 years! The consultants understand the schools they work with and try hard to match the jobs with the right teachers. I have found them to be honest. They do not lie in order to make you take the work, unlike some other agencies!

Future Education welcomed me into the world of supply teaching as an NQT and I loved it so much that now, after a few years in a permanent role, I have decided to come back to supply work. Future are great at finding you roles you are comfortable with and making you feel supported.
