Amazing teachers, personalised teaching. The structure of the classes is brilliantly mixed with familiar stuff with new things that challenge you just enough. I really feel like I get the most out of these classes - challenges, improvements, moments of success and - of course - a nice relaxing moment to myself.
Incredible teacher with brilliant attention to alignment and breath work. Classes are challenging yet relaxing and I left class feeling relaxed and nourished and ready for the week. Can't wait for the next class.

I really enjoyed every minute of Sam's wonderful power yoga class! It was challenging enough and she gave good instructions throughout the class. I felt we were in great hands and the advice she gave helped me to improve my practice. She is such a great yoga teacher.
I have really enjoyed attending Sam's yoga classes, finding them calm and relaxing. Having started out as practically a beginner, with Sam's guidance I have improved my posture, balance, core strength and stress levels. Sam is very friendly and offers different positions to challenge all abilities. The class sizes are generally small, and the relaxation at the end of it is the best feeling ever!
