Was collecting a prescription for a family member today. And have been horrified at being asked to fill out a meaningless questionnaire, even though I said I didn't want to I was seated between 2 other members of the public both of which were clearly suffering from heavy colds and coughs. I felt that it was highly irregular to be asking people to share pens, clipboards and sit among each other filling out, and I quote "tick box exercise". When the one thing we should all be mindful of is avoiding snotty noses, coughs and people who look flu like.
Seriously this pharmacy needs to rethink it's priorities!!

i called and was told to call back in 5 mins as her colleague was with a patient ,i called back and was told to call her back in 15 mins as her colleague was on the phone ,i called back and there was no answer i checked and found out they were closed!!!! Terrible customer service !!!!!
