This pharmacy that is based within sainsbury Chiswick main store is the only pharmacy to be open every single day of the week and on a Sunday from 11am until 4pm,very useful indeed and they prescribe and sell a small range of essential medical products at affordable prices,please phone them first to check they have your prescription medicines in stock first unless you don't mind pick up in 2 or 3 days time,always helpful and knowledgeable,outstanding.

I must say that I had always a nice experience with the staff there, especially with one lady who worked there for many years. This is why I put 3 stars instead of 1. I pick up my medication at this pharmacy for years because is close to work and they open until late. They were all kind and knowledgeable. About 6 month ago, maybe even longer- one women started to work in the evenings and she is extremely rude. At first I thought maybe she had bad day so I let it be. But no, every time when I go there she behaves this way: she is not polite, has no manners and her behaviour is really bad. She behaves like she is doing me a favour by doing her job. Tonight I was there again and I decided that I am going to make a complaint. I supposed to pick up more meds, she did not check properly and gave me only part of it. Luckily I have checked and asked her and instead of apologising, she was going on with another person there why someone stapled my prescriptions together. Another time I was there with laryngitis and she was so rude to me even she could see I could not speak, asking me to speak louder and I had no voice, I could only whisper. Tonight she was serving someone and I was awaiting already and then she went and sat down while I was standing for her to approach me- she was chatting away with another person inside. I do not understand why someone like her works there and why nobody is addressing this. I will complain further and I am happy with the resit of the permanent people there but this women needs to learn how to serve public.

While living with our daughter in Kew for a few months we needed to find a local pharmacy where we could pick up our regular medication. I thought that the Lloyd's situated in the Chiswick branch of Sainsbury would be ideal. We could pick up the medication while doing the weekly food shop. I phoned at first but after a long wait was told that there was a problem and it would be better if I came in to the branch later. I arrived at the pharmacy an hour later. At first I spoke to a young woman who was very nice and polite but who confessed that she was new and knew nothing. She said that she would speak to the pharmacist who was just out of sight. I heard her talking to the female pharmacist who was abrupt and dismissive. She returned to tell me that they could not help me and that I would have to find another chemist. The young woman appeared to be embarrassed. I left incredulous. Next stop was Boots in the high street where I was treated very well indeed. ( see my review). Not only have Lloyds lost my business but Sainsburys have also as I will have no need to go there.

Needed eye drops on advice of optician went to Lloyd’s pharmacy they couldn’t help! They told me to go back to optician!
