Camden Market, for me, is one of the best markets in London. It's quirky and chock-full of amazing street food stalls tempting you with dishes and food from all over the world. Expect fusion too! But it isn't just the food, the Stables Market and vintage stalls that occupy the markets the rest of the market also shines.. You can find unique gifts here or an item that's very hard to find anywhere else. Perfect for when Christmas comes round. Camden Market is a brilliant place to spend you day eating incredible food, catching up with mates over a drink and shopping. I can't recommend visiting Camden Market enough. It's a unique piece of London and is a must-visit if you're visiting the capital of England..

One of the obligatory tourist destinations in North London and therefore usually very crowded. Be careful for pick pockets and other nonsense. Lots of interesting shops and food stalls. During the pandemic it has been much more pleasant but also half shut down. Nonetheless makes for a pleasant walk on a Sunday afternoon.

Love Camden and always will do. But the market is losing its charm year by year and becoming a posh tourist attraction. 5 stars because it is my special place in London. Otherwise it would be 2.

I love the market & fight my way around regularly as a local. As a wheelchair user, however, the market is hard. Poorly maintained cobbles make getting around painful at best. Many stores aren't accessible either. It's doable but you need to know it'll be tough going. Many of the accessible toilets are permanently shut, so the only one I know of is in the basement. If you are visiting as a disabled tourist, go but enter through the entrance between the two main market buildings or the Chalk Farm Road entrance. Have fun but be ready to get out if you feel unwell. The cobbles can lead to injuries that aren't easily noticeable.
