My shirt has come out dirtier than when it went in. When questioned the grumpy guy was full of excuses. Even the woman being served before me had an argument with them about output quality.

Customer service. What a joke. I had to return a suit that was not cleaned properly only to be told I would have to pay again. Mr Happy behind the counter wasn’t interested in the fact that I have been using this shop for years as a loyal customer supporting local businesses. Won’t be using them again.

two men behind the counter, grumpy and moany. They must have some very loyal customers who like being treated like an inconvenience when trying to spend money. I have never had an experience like it, and will never use this crowd again. They could do with learning a thing or two about the customer experience. Shocking.
