A fabulous family run business. I have nothing but praise for Greystoke! From their professionalism to their cooperation and more... I have had 3 carpets fitted now by Liam who’s work is absolutely faultless. Management from Mary and Darren is superb, nothing would ever be seen a issue for either of them. I am truly loyal to this company mainly for showing great work and always dependable. Good service in store, with competitive prices, better value than John Lewis, and the quality of the fitting for an Amtico floor and 2 bedroom carpets was faultless.
Superb personal service from start to finish. Was particularly impressed that a Director turned up half way through the job to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Competitive pricing too. Delighted we supported a local business and would definitely do so again. A great experience all round.
