As a disabled commuter, i am disgusted with the attitude shown at West Croydon station. The staff never respond quickly to the buzzer request to open the ramp exit ( car park side ). Many a time i have been stood waiting far more than is necessary especially uncomfortable in winter weather. Last Friday night I had to press the buzzer 10 times before the gate was opened. This morning they never opened the gate at all. Due to this i missed my train and was forced to slowly walk round to main entrance. There were several staff present so why couldnt they open the gate ? It was very painful for me to walk down the steps with no help. It makes me feel second rate as i am disabled. It is disgraceful

This train from west croydon to highbury and islington piss me off....always late always cancelled !!!!!really this train is not good very bad services
Train board advised termination of train when in fact the train was continuing from west croydon to sutton. When I asked the train guard about the missinfornation he advised that the passengers were in ‘trouble’. When the next train came in that did terminate at W.C the board stated that it was a train that would travel onto Epsom?? The the guard kindly questioned my eyesight?? Advising me that he had been on shift all day and there had been no issues with the timetable? All I was interested in was an apology but as he had only 5min left on his shift that was not forthcoming...
