Excellent help and advice about the part required for my tr6, friendly staff.
Very helpful, received items for my Tr6 next day , phoned today and was given advice to sort an injector issue out now car running perfectly for this nice weather , thanks very much for advice and working at the moment , highly recommend
I enquired about a large order and chased up a promised priced several hours later.
the response from their sales rep was rude verging on abusive when I made a follow up call, he even dared to tell me that I was barred from placing further orders, as if I would ever use them again!
Their customer service to me was dreadful.
I now use Rimmers and TRGB . their parts fit and the customer service is excellent.
I bought some parts from TR Shop London at the MalvernTR weekend , the rubbers didn't fit , the calipers were rusty and the paint was in poor condition.
I doubt if they'll bother to respond to me about my quite disturbing experience in using them , I wish could give negative starts!
Phoned to place a very small order of clips having used the shop before. Salesman said ‘no, can’t be bothered to put that through. I’m sure Moss or Revington do them. You’ve used them before’. I have and will do again now !
Excellent shop for the TR enthusiast! Always really helpful and have gone out of their way to find me the bits I needed for my TR6. Highly recommended.
