Disgusting experience with this theft people... I returned a item cost me £33 and they refund me for £25 said ia because if the vat. Completely DIRT and doggy... Avoid them as much as possible for own experience. NEVER AGAIN

Unhelpful! Mostly older guys in this parts shop; look down at you because they assume you don’t know anything about cars. Went in for an interior beauty light bulb for my van. Why do people/business treat customers like this goodness knows.

Very unprofessionals ... order something and make me 2 days waiting., with my car on mechanical yard and when I come to pick up my order., they telling me that it is not available. Also they make me waiting on the shop for a long time for nothing, the day I come to orde and the day I come to pickup a big waste of time of my life gonne for nothing So avoid them as much as possible. Lots of business shop for car part to waists your time with incompetent people.

Had some parts ordered from here to a local garage. Got them in the end, great but wasn't told when they were coming, even though they had all my details and said they would. They just turned up 3 weeks later. Bad communication on their part.
