I used them once in the past for MOT and everything went well, good customer service. However, I was there recently and the communication was poor. I arrived for a diagnose for my car, I predicted that I might need a new front wiper motor, but the manager (Phil or what was his name) was very dismissive. He wouldn't even look into my eyes when talking to me, a bit rude; maybe he had a bad day but still. He asked me to buy the missing parts and they will mount it. However, this shouldn't be the procedure - they should look first and diagnose exactly if that is the right issue, not having me buy a car part and then realising that maybe is not the right one. I went to a different garage and they followed the right procedures, good customer service and I will use them from now on.

The guys at Xavier did an amazing job with my Boxster today - service and MOT plus fixed an intermittent fault - cars driving like new again. The best bit was the price - its never cheap doing anything on a Porsche but definitely felt like I got real value for money. They advised on a couple of issues that will need addressing- ill definitely go back to get them sorted in a couple of months. If you live in West London and have a Porsche I'd absolutely recommend them.

Jaguar xf r sport..Had a problem with my DPF(car went into limp mode) so i rang up the Jaguar dealership this was on a Thursday and they said i would have to wait 2 weeks panic time.I then rang Xavierautoclinic the next day Friday and spoke to Phil who advised me on my options and booked me in for the following Monday.My car was then put through a process called Terraclean which cleaned out my DPF(exhaust system)and my car was good to go later that day,I then booked my car in the following Friday for an MOT and a Service.My car is now driving beautifully they have done a great job (car was returned clean inside and out)very professional and for the standard of service they provide they are not at all expensive.I made a good choice going to Xavier and i would recommend them to anyone just read their reviews which brought me to them in the first place.
