I came here after being referred by a friend who has a business nearby. After calling and confirming they can complete a service I requested, the man who greeted me at the door when I arrived the next day sent me off to another garage without even inspecting the car or asking anything! The garage he sent me to was more of a cash and carry and tried to take advantage being under the impression I am not a permanent resident here.
I spent a week trying to get through to this garage with no luck. When I finally did get through a man answered the phone sounding clueless as to what I was enquiring about despite it being services mentioned on the website. After not knowing how to answer my questions he hung up on me and wouldnt answer calls after that. A pity for a local garage.
Finally a place to go to where not only do they have the best equipment, but are honest and trustworthy and do not overcharge. I had a full service carried out on my BMW 330 including brakes & discs front and back shocks & springs front and back, ignition coils etc. Work carried out to a very high standard and the money I paid was very reasonable considering the amount of work done.
Highly recommend Auto Zoom and it’s wonderful team.
I've had servicing, diagnostics and scratch repair done at this garage and my experience has been so stress free. The mechanics are PRO, hardworking and friendly and the garage itself is very well equipped. BEST OF ALL they are honest - no unnecessary or overpriced works carried out and for someone like me (who knows the bare minimum about cars) finding an honest garage is a rare and major plus point. I would recommend these guys any day!!
