Very professional service and reasonable prices. Clean, tidy and a cosy reception area to wait while your car is being fixed. Will definitely come again and recommend them.
Amazing service and wonderful people. I have been back the second time and planning to go back again , these guys really care, they do an honest, quick and reliable job and I can't be grateful enough. I would not go anywhere else, highly recommend! If I could, I'd give them 10 stars
Rude and unhelpful customer service - I phoned today (2/12/20) around 4:30pm and spoke to a rude and unhelpful employee. He was grumpy and clearly wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. Normally when companies do not take bookings they can at least give you an indication of when they tend to be least busy. This employee would not help at all in this regard. And to finally end the call on a sour note, he hung up before I had a chance to thank him. I promptly called another tyre service company in the area where the employee was accommodating and, most importantly, friendly. I certainly will not be taking my car here when they clearly do not even have time to answer a few questions from a potential customer.
My tyre puncture was literally fixed in less than 5 minutes for £10. Taher was friendly and also took time to explain why some other places would charge more. Clean garage and waiting area. Definitely recommend this place.
Went there on Sunday with a flat tyre, sadly I didn't have my security key for the tyre. It was Sunday evening, so the BMW care centre was closed. The guy "Taher" offered to keep my car there over night only to help. I left my car there and sort it out the next morning where I could get hold of BMW care centre for not providing me the security key for the car they sold me.
I am leaving this review to show my appreciation for their kindness. I will come and change my tyres with you :). Thank you.
