Great experience at West 6 autos, came here for a full service and also needed tyres changed. They are very friendly and thorough, their tyre replacement service is nearby so they had to take the car there which was replaced quickly. Very pleased and been going here since 2019. Excellent service.

Had my car serviced here today as I needed new spark plugs. Was also having an issue with the windshield washer pump — they took care of that for no charge. Good service, guys here seem honest about what my car needed. Will visit again.

I left my Toyota for service the guy on the reception (the boss) told me to come back in 1hr, when I did he was not even there anymore and was somebody from his workers saying to me they could not change my oil- the excuse was they do not have such a tool to take off the oil filter wt*... So they lost 2 hr of my time and even did not called once they found out they can not do it. Very unprofessional I won’t even bring my car for MOT there, such a time wasters... if you need decent service just do not go there!
