My nan is 89 she has been with this pharmacy for over 40 years they always get her medication wrong they dont deliver on time and their service and customer service is useless bad staff bad service i would highly recommend not going to this pharmacy
Never had a problem here, they done my flu jab without any problems. Always go here for me prescriptions. They don't usually have stock (my daughters stuff is odd) but its always there next day.
Used to be a great pharmacy when the Asian girls were running it. Not anymore.
White lady with glasses speaks in a condescending manner making people feel really uncomfortable. Totally unprofessional attitude to patients from off the streets, I never been spoken to in such a manner when attending a pharmacy before. Advice.... Go to a different pharmacy if you don't want to feel ridiculed
Worst farmacy in Edmonton... had to wait one hour for my meds ... then told to come the next day to get the ones they didnt hv .. went in 2days later to collect it wasnt ready and had to wait 25 min for it ... service is bad the girl who ment to serve us in the front goes to back and takes ages to come serve customers...oh they closed at 5 on saterday but if you come in at 4.30 with a prescription they wont do it because they have a cut of time ??what about patient that needs meds?... they refused a father they came with his sick son the meds bcse of cut of time... ridiculous!!! Bad and slow service wont ever step in that pharmacy no wonder it's always empty ....
