I've used Cuvva more than 20 times and I have had some issues but they've always been sorted by the on call team within minutes. I would and have recommended Cuvva to lots of people

Update (you need proof that its gone back onto the previous VRM? Like the HPI screenshot I sent? Or the email saying to remove the old VRM? But you're prepared to insure a VRM that is no longer registered to a car, for up to 3 weeks?) No common sense. I've removed my private vrm and awaiting the logbook. I sent a screen shot that it should be removed. I've sent HPI screen shots of the previous VRM. I've shown the previous VRM on the gov website. I've shown screenshot of previous vrm on websites. Not enough. The previous vrm isn't showing on their site and they won't update it. But they will insure my plate vrm that isn't registered to a car. An hour of back and forth with Tom and he was no help what so ever

I was not insured, after I had an accident, a van hit me from behind while I STOPPED! This cuvva company is not interested in its customers! I use it several times almost every month for two years !! So no one can use it after being or was involved in an incident? Ps. and the employee was a complete loser persuading me to admit that I was to blame for the accident and would allow me to take out insurance! he did not want or did not understand the work for which he was paid! I sent him pictures of how they hit me from behind, my non cleim bonus of 4 years.

They are fantastic. I cant comment on their business ethics, only as a customer. I was not able to sort car insurance on a new car from the usual comparison providers and thought I was stuck 200 miles away. I was told about cuvva. In a matter of clicks I was able to get insured and drive my car home. Ultimately cuvva saved my bacon, all for the low price of £25.

Paid £36 for two hours cover on a car that i’ve bought. About 40 minutes into driving home I see a notification pop up from the app saying that my policy is cancelled. I pulled over got in touch with someone on the live chat. The woman on the chat said they’ve frozen my account and that i wont be able to use Cuvva anymore. my policy was also voided. They couldn’t give me a valid reason to why my account had got frozen, didn’t even refund me any money. Bloody useless company They left me hanging on the middle of the road without insurance, why insure me in the first place. Dont waste your time and money with these scammers!
